Yan is a very well known digital sculptor. He typically uses Blender and Zbrush. This link goes to his Gumroad store where he is selling courses he's developed.

I have been going through this course and it is done well, especially considering it is in early access. Early Access means that the course is not yet complete, but I can say that as of May 2023 I do believe I've got my money's worth of content and there is still a lot to go. The developer also has a very active Discord community that has each course chapter broke out into their own channels.
